Lee Gantt shared great buyer tips for Birmingham residents. Kyle Ingalls and Dave talked about a key land investment strategy: hybrid investment tracts. Brandon Harris talked about his late season luck in trying to find deer on his hunting property. On The Land Show this week, Dave talks with Tom Saunders, Alabama Forestry Association, regarding the History of the AFA and its goals to protect timberland owners in Alabama. Tom offers a solutions to fix the 1000+ dysfunctional bridges in AL. The AFA wants to work with governments and is an advocate for rural counties too. We¹re glad the AFA is here to protect us. Ben Elliott with Alabama Ag Credit shares how they're giving money back to their members who finance land with Alabama Ag Credit. Getting almost 1% back from your Land Bank is a big deal. Russ Walters sets up a variable cost analysis for his crop this year in our Farmland Report. John Morris gave us a great selling tip on capturing and collecting game camera photos so buyers get an idea of the wildlife that is on your property. Dave and George remember a great Land Man in Mason Dollar.
